I admire your work. But principles aren’t enough, one has to win, not just to fight the good fight. I’ve been supporting Medicare For All/single payer for 15yrs, don’t want to wait another 15 years, or 10, or 5, enough! Two concrete suggestions: 1. Canada’s system is province-based, why not a New England single payer as a 1st stepping stone? 2. To bring single payer closer to reality, OK, pay some to health ins investors as part of single payer bill;not ideal, but better than waiting Forever2win
